Initial Meeting

My initial meeting with you is for me to understand your business.  I do not have or promote a one size fits all formula for success.  Personally, I think anything that is one size fits all, actually fits no one well.  We will talk about the history of how you got to where you are now, and discuss where you want to be 5 years from now.

I will relate my past experience.  I can share anecdotes about the growing pains of some of the companies I have worked for.  Some of the strategies that failed and succeeded.  I’ll answer any questions you may have about me, my motives and what I think we could accomplish if we work together.

There is no charge for the initial meeting.  If you like what I have to say and would like to start on something together, I will provide and outline of how I see it going.  Once the outline and timeframe are agreed to, we can start.

I’ve worked for small companies nearly my whole career, I understand the chicken or the egg dilemma when it comes to budget and encourage using your existing resources to do as much of the groundwork as possible.
