About UBI

After a stint in the US Navy, I settled in Silicon Valley working as a design engineer, and manufacturing engineer for various semiconductor capital equipment manufacturers.  Spent time in Oregon leading the mechanical engineering group for a vacuum metallurgical equipment manufacturer.  Back to California for a time then on to Colorado working as operations manager for a process gas purification equipment company.  I got into sales and marketing working for a high precision, high resolution sensor manufacturing company.  My last employment before retiring was Director of Business Development for a contract engineering firm. I’ve worked in sales, marketing and business development since 1997.

Having had experience in engineering, operations and business development for companies with gross revenues from <$1M- $20M has given me insight into the customer/vendor relationship between the various departments in a company, and how those relationships grow as revenue grows.

I was helped by many throughout my career, and I want to pay that forward by helping others through UBI Business Consulting.
